Our approach

We believe leadership that transforms systems begins with the leader who's transformed from within.

In our strategic advisory partnerships, we work with leaders who prefer 1:1 engagement to elevate all three dimensions of leadership at once: who you are, how you lead your organization, and how you catalyze change across your industry.

How we work

  • High‑touch and bespoke. Most engagements run 6–12 months, with 1:1 strategic advisory sessions, real‑time support between sessions, and hands‑on partnership when you need us in the work with you.

  • Direct access. You work directly with Karimah Hudda, Founder and Chief Catalyst of illumine.earth, drawing on 25+ years of leadership and transformation experience inside multi‑billion‑dollar corporations such as Mondelez and Nike, and across multiple sectors and systems.

  • Co‑designed with you. Every engagement starts with listening; we refine the focus together so it matches your mandate and context.

  • Intentionally limited. We work with a small number of leaders at a time so each partnership has the depth and focus it needs.

Investment and Sponsorship

Most leaders fund this work in one of three ways:

  • Self-funded, as part of their own leadership investment

  • Company-sponsored, through learning, development, or executive coaching budgets

  • A hybrid approach, shared between leader and organization

However you choose to fund it, we’ll help you make the path straightforward. If you’d like your company to sponsor some or all of this work, we provide a concise business sponsorship letter you can customize and share with your internal sponsor.
