Karimah Hudda is the Founder and Chief Catalyst of illumine.earth. From roots in small-town India, Karimah became a global citizen, living, working, and traveling across nearly 50 countries.
For over 20 years, she has driven leadership and systems change across business, economic development, agriculture, supply chains, environment, and human rights—spanning diverse sectors, including in-house leadership roles at Fairtrade, Mondelez, and Nike. Before founding illumine.earth, Karimah worked with companies worth a cumulative $80 billion, influencing industries worth over $10 trillion.
