Karimah Hudda is the Founder and Chief Catalyst of illumine.earth, with over 20 years of experience in leadership and systems change across diverse sectors. She has worked with companies representing cumulative revenue of $80+ billion, influencing industries worth over $10 trillion.
Inspired by global challenges, she developed the Flourishing Futures Framework to guide visionary leaders toward a future that benefits all. Her unique perspective stems from roots in small-town India, expanding through living in multiple countries and working across five continents while traveling to nearly 50 countries. This journey has fostered her deep sense of connection across our global human and planetary ecosystem.
