A focused two‑session 1:1 intensive to get your story, CV, and LinkedIn to market-ready, fast.

You'll leave with clarity on what you're really looking for, materials that reflect your best work, and the foundations to start your search intentionally.

Two sessions close together means you act while momentum is fresh, not weeks or months later when clarity fades.

Session 1 (90 minutes):

  • Clarify your parameters and boundaries (role, scope, geography, salary, culture)

  • Surface your key achievements and leadership value

  • Draft or refine your core narrative and make high-leverage CV/LinkedIn changes live

Between sessions: You'll have 1–2 hours of guided work to complete the updates we start together.

Session 2 (30 minutes, typically 2–3 days later):

  • Finalize and publish your CV and LinkedIn profile

  • Rehearse your concise spoken story (who you are, why you're looking, what you're looking for) and record it if you wish
