Welcome and information

I’m beyond excited to welcome you to the illumine.earth X ChangeNOW VIP Experience!

This is intended to be your one-stop microsite to get all the information you need. There will be a WhatsApp group created closer to the event date.

It also contains intake forms that help register you for the Summit, get your preferences for the Learning Expedition, and your dietary restrictions for the VIP dinner.

Below, you’ll find a handy overview and status update of what to find.

Sunday, March 29th:

NEW! 6:30 pm onwards: casual dinner in collaboration with Youth Climate Collaborative.
Friends & family welcome. Everyone pays their own way. Restaurant will fit youth budgets.

Monday, March 30th:

8:45 am: Meet at main entrance at Palais des Congres.
9:00 am: Opening Ceremony
10:00 am: VIP tour - you have the invite in your Calendar.
NEW! 4:00 pm Women for Change Legacy Stage talks
NEW! 5 pm: Women for Change invite-only panel and networking (special invite for illumine.earth VIP’s - Karimah has registered everyone)
NEW! 7 pm: VIP dinner (hosted by illumine.earth).
Location: L’Arome, 3 Rue Saint-Philippe du Roule, 75008 Paris, France
We will all be at the Women for Change Networking event just before and walk over together.
It’s a 10 minute walk
Please note - this is for the VIPs only. We cannot accommodate other guests as we have a set program.

Tuesday, March 31st:

8:45 am: Meet at same place as on Monday - main entrance
9:30 am: Program starts
7-10 pm: Fashion Night special invitation.

7:00 pm: Closing ceremony ends
Goodbye/departure - we will coordinate to say goodbye at a mutually agreed time for all
New! Option to bring friends + family to ChangeNOW.We’re checking if ChangeNOW still has free family passes left. Please let me know ASAP if you’re planning on bringing people & if so, how many.
